In 2019, Dr. Ajoy received advanced training in neuro-modulation techniques at NIMHANS, Bengaluru.
He has served as an ECRC Psychiatrist in Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu, providing psychiatric care for homeless and underprivileged individuals.
He was awarded the Prof. Dr. Peter Fernandes Award for Best Paper Presentation (2021) and actively participates in mental health awareness programs.
